At Hopkins Childcare Center, your child's safety and security are our top priorities. You can trust that we’ve
taken every precaution to create a safe and healthy environment for children, teachers, and staff alike.
At Hopkins Childcare Center, safety starts before you even enter our facilities. Each building is equipped with a
locked front door and keypad entry. Families and staff can only enter using an individualized code unique to
each school. These codes are regularly updated and changed as necessary for added security.
At Hopkins Childcare Center, we prioritize safety with security cameras in all classrooms, outdoor play areas, front entries,
and building exteriors. Each school also has a customized Emergency Preparedness Plan, which is regularly reviewed
and updated to ensure the highest level of protection for all.
At Hopkins Childcare Center, we recognize that safety goes beyond physical security. That's why each school has a designated
safety monitor on-site. In addition to overseeing the school's interior and exterior, our safety monitors manage fire and
tornado drills, conduct daily playground equipment checks, handle incident reports, ensure first aid supplies are stocked,
and monitor food restrictions.
At Hopkins Childcare Center, all employees undergo comprehensive background checks before starting their roles.
Every staff member is trained in first aid and CPR, and participates in ongoing health and safety training to ensure
the well-being of all children in our care.
At Hopkins Childcare Center, we follow safe sleep guidelines for all children. Infants are placed on their backs in cribs,
free from bumpers, blankets, pillows, or toys. Toddlers and older children nap on cots with blankets provided from
home, following age-appropriate practices.
"We absolutely love Hopkins Childcare Center! My son is always excited for drop-off and pick-up, and the photos I receive throughout the day allow me to stay focused on work, knowing he's in great hands."
